Jorge Martínez-Arroyo

Jorge built his executive career at Banco Santander, where he served as Head of Strategy & Transformation for Risk Management, Global Head of CX, and Head of Internet and Phone Banking. Beyond his corporate roles, he is the founder and President of DEC, the leading Customer Experience corporate association. In the investment sector, Jorge is an active member of the IESE Business Angel Network (BAN) and a Limited Partner at Big Sur Ventures. He completed the VC-Unlocked program at Stanford University and holds a Blockchain certificate from UC Berkeley.
Eduardo Flores
Co-Founder of EnterpriseTech 34
Eduardo built his career in digital banking and product development, holding several leadership positions at BBVA, including Global Head of Digital Product, Global Head of Digital Business Solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area, Global Program Manager for Digital Business, and Head of Solutions for Customer Relationship Model Transformation. Previously, he served as Head of IT & Ops at Uno-e Bank. Beyond traditional banking, Eduardo specializes in decentralized ecosystems, the creator economy, and the Metaverse. He completed the Leading Customer Centric Growth executive program at Wharton.
